  Mixamo license: royalty-free for use in projects, no standalone redistribution.

## Note on Mixamo content

The character meshes (ch22/ch33/ch37) and the animation FBX clips ship with this
repository so the office works out of the box, as parts of an application —
which the Mixamo license permits. Do NOT extract them from this project and
redistribute them as standalone assets.
